The Transfer Process

The process begins by logging into your Wix account and accessing the dashboard for the website you want to transfer. Navigate to the Site dropdown menu and look for the Transfer Ownership option.

Once you've found this option, you'll need to enter the email address of the recipient. This email should be associated with their existing Wix account, or it can be an email they'll use to create a new account if they don't have one yet.

After entering the recipient's information and reviewing the transfer details, Wix will send a confirmation email to the recipient. They must click the Accept Transfer link in this email and log into their Wix account to complete the process.

What Gets Transferred
