Per-site scope. Each support subscription applies to one website. A separate subscription is required for each additional site.
Business Days. Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays as observed by Certified Code. A holiday observed on a weekday is not a Business Day.
Unlimited fair-use queue. Paid plans include unlimited support hours subject to fair use. Each site has one active task at a time. Once that task is completed, closed, or blocked by a dependency, the next task in the site’s queue can begin.
Queue order and response targets. Tasks are handled sequentially, not concurrently. The plan timeframe is the target maximum spacing before we begin the next queued task; work is often completed sooner. Higher-tier plans receive priority in the shared queue. This is a queue-start target, not a guarantee that the task will be completed within that period.
Dependencies and pauses. Queue timing pauses while we await your reply, approval, access, assets, or action from Wix or another third party. A task may be returned to the queue if required information is incomplete.
Basic support. Basic follows a Wix-style support scope: product questions, account and billing guidance, and troubleshooting for Wix-related technical or performance issues. It does not include website building, redesigns, content or layout updates, SEO implementation, custom functionality, or writing and debugging code.
Paid-plan scope. Starter, Builder, Pro, and Elite include the work listed on their cards under the fair-use queue. New website builds, full redesigns, new custom features, and unapproved third-party costs require a separate written proposal or approval.
Fair-use boundaries. Fair use means reasonable, site-specific requests that fit the selected plan’s scope. Large projects, bulk page production, repeated revisions, emergency incidents, or work that materially exceeds normal ongoing support may be paused, re-scoped, or quoted separately. We will explain the reason before changing the work plan.
Client responsibilities. You must provide accurate instructions, content, approvals, account access, and any required third-party permissions. Delays or defects caused by missing, incorrect, or delayed dependencies are not included in response-time commitments.
App-plan eligibility. Wix App Market developers Certified Code and Studiobase are eligible for Basic support under the qualifying app-plan subscription benefit.
Wix-direct plans. Wix site plans purchased directly from Wix are not eligible for our Basic support service. The qualifying subscription must be active with us.
Onboarding fee. Paid plans include a one-time $50 onboarding fee per site. It is waived for first-time subscribers. The fee covers initial access and support setup, not implementation hours.
Billing and cancellation. Plans renew monthly or annually according to the selected billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The fair-use queue and any unfinished work end with the paid period and are not refundable or transferable.
Custom-solution extension. A custom solution purchase extends your active support-plan term for the period stated in its proposal or order confirmation. The extension is not transferable, has no cash value, and does not change the plan scope unless the proposal says so.
