Canceling Through Your Wix Account

Find the specific Wix plan you want to cancel and click on the Show More icon (three dots) next to it. Then click Cancel Plan and confirm your decision by selecting Cancel Now when the confirmation pop-up appears. You'll receive a notification confirming the cancellation.

Important Considerations

Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period - cancellation only stops automatic renewal.
